OKB...T... Optical cable for laying in the ground on the basis of a central tube
OKB-T Fiber Optic Cable is a heavy-duty solution designed for direct burial in soil. It features a central loose tube construction reinforced with a layer of galvanized steel wire armor. This armoring provides superior protection against rodents, mechanical impact, and high crushing forces, making it essential for underground telecommunication backbones.
The OKB-T series is suitable for installation in most soil types, cable ducts, tunnels, and marshes up to 2 meters deep. For indoor use or high-density tunnels, the OKBN-T variant offers a flame-retardant jacket. The cable remains reliable in extreme conditions, supporting long-distance data transmission across bridges, flyovers, and river crossings.
