OKS...–...E Optical cable for laying in a sewer system based on a modular design
The OKS-D Fiber Optic Cable is a high-density modular solution designed for backbone communication networks. Its stranded loose tube construction allows for a high fiber count of up to 576 fibers, making it suitable for high-bandwidth urban and industrial infrastructures. The cable is reinforced with corrugated steel tape armor, providing an essential barrier against rodent attacks and physical crushing.
Engineered for durability, the OKS-D is ideal for installation in cable ducts, sewers, utility tunnels, and across bridge structures. It is also suitable for direct installation in asphalt or concrete road surfaces and type 1-3 soils. For indoor or high-safety applications, the OKSN-D (flame retardant) variant is available. Its robust modular core ensures excellent performance and fiber protection over long distances.
