Fujitsu PRIMERGY CX1640 M1 Server
The Fujitsu PRIMERGY CX1640 M1 is a high-density modular server node designed for integration into the CX600 M1 multi-node chassis. Optimized for massive parallel processing, it features the Intel® Xeon Phi™ 7200 processor family, which delivers up to 72 cores per node. A key advantage is the inclusion of 16GB of on-package MCDRAM, providing significantly higher memory bandwidth compared to standard DDR4. When configured with up to 384GB of system memory, this node becomes a powerhouse for scientific research, genomic sequencing, and complex business simulations. Its ultra-compact half-width design allows for 8 independent servers to operate within a single 2U rack space, maximizing compute efficiency.
