Optical Pigtail FC

The FC/UPC Optical Pigtail (Singlemode) is a high-stability fiber management component designed for terminating fiber cables in harsh or vibration-prone environments. It consists of a 1.5-meter length of 0.9mm buffered fiber, pre-terminated at one end with a robust metal FC/UPC connector.

The threaded mechanism of the FC connector provides a secure, immovable connection, making it the preferred choice for backbone infrastructure, laboratory testing, and industrial communication hubs. The un-terminated end is designed for fusion splicing onto the backbone fiber. Its 0.9mm tight-buffer design allows for easy routing and high-density placement inside optical distribution frames (ODF).
