Optical Pigtail LC

The LC/UPC Optical Pigtail (Singlemode) is a critical component for terminating fiber optic cables within patch panels and wall outlets. It consists of a 1.5-meter length of 0.9mm buffered fiber, pre-terminated at one end with a precision LC/UPC connector. The un-terminated end is spliced onto the backbone fiber using a fusion splicer or mechanical splice.

The LC connector's small form factor is the preferred choice for high-density networking, where rack space is limited. The 0.9mm tight-buffer design provides excellent flexibility for routing inside splice trays while maintaining high optical performance and low insertion loss.
